About Tom at Reagan Training

Tom Reagan might be called a “renaissance man.” He holds a master’s in biology from Texas Tech University and was a world-renowned reptile geneticist. He also is a realtor and an entrepreneur, who founded and then sold a very successful national pet treat company.
 

At this stage in his life, Tom has turned his focus on an area that’s always held his avid interest : fitness and training. He is a personal trainer certified through the American Council on Exercise with years of experience in the field. 

Tom is also a competitive bodybuilder, having taken first place in numerous men’s physique and open master’s competitions and placing high in open bodybuilding as well. These experiences have taught Tom first-hand how to sculpt the human physique using proper exercise and nutrition. 

Tom also understands the vital role played by a healthy mental outlook in getting fit and living well. He is disciplined, empathetic, very supportive and eager to take on new clients looking to transform their bodies and their lives.

Tom also studied under Dave Palumbo, a successful, national-level retired bodybuilding champion and former Editor-in-Chief of Muscular Development Magazine. Today, Palumbo is the CEO and Founder of RxMuscle.com and owner of Species Nutrition and continues to serve as Tom’s friend and mentor.
